PiP: fast workspace switching causes the PiP window to hide

1. Choose a window that's on another workspace to open a PiP window.
2. Have 3 workspaces: [1] [2 - with the broadcasted window] [3]
3. Switch to first workspace.
4. Switch to third workspace really quickly by repeadetely pressing Super+Right.
5. Expected: the PiP window should still be shown.
    Actual: the PiP window is not shown because of animation conflict.
