Description
What Happened?
When I press the side buttons of my mouse at the same time as keyboard input, it causes the graphics rendering to stall when using X11. It's not just while gaming, it happens no matter what app is running (easy to see with browser scrolling). If I continue pressing them, the screen visually locks up completely until I stop. The app itself does not lock or get delayed in any way, it still receives input, but the frame rendered on screen is affected. I have tried using different usb ports, to the same result.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run software that displays motion (browser scrolling, game, etc.)
- Press keys and mouse side buttons simultaneously
Expected Behavior
Keys and mouse buttons should not interfere with frames rendered at all.
OS Version
8.x (Circe)
OS Architecture
amd64 (on most hardwares)
Session Type
Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
Log Output
Hardware Info
- Mouse: Razer Naga Trinity
- Keyboard: Preonic V3
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti (driver version is 580.95.05)
The bug happens regardless of whether or not I have openrazer daemon installed. Currently it's installed and I have tested all polling rates.
