What Happened?

Modal dialogs are not placed on top of their respective windows

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a folder that has some files in it with vscode
2. Try to permanently delete a file using vscode explorer, by pressing shift+delete
3. Confirmation dialog appears in top left corner, way out of where the vscode window is.

Expected Behavior

Modal dialogs are placed on top of their respective windows.

Apparently this does not happens to first-party apps, or when using Wayland.

Is this issue something that only occurs when using Vscode's built in file explorer? I attempted to reproduce it using Thunderbird installed via flatpak, running on X11 and the tooltips appear okay. - I used Thunderbird because it's one of the only Flatpaks that I have installed.

When you stated "it does not happen to first-party apps" I'm assuming you meant anything that wasn't installed sideloaded or installed via apt. I'm going on an assumption here, but I'm assuming you're using Vscode installed via flatpak, which is why I made this choice.
