Window keeps moving between workspaces when shortcut is not held when animation is not finished

What Happened?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the Super + Alt + arrow to move window to another workspace
2. Before the animation has completely finished, release the shortcut and switch back to the original workspace with Super + arrow
3. The window follows the workspace, even though you're no longer pressing the shortcut

Expected Behavior

The shortcuts should only act when being pressed
