process-working-symbolic no longer matches motif with watch cursors #1273
Description
What Happened?
With the update to the watch cursors in #1251 , there is no longer a common motif between them and process-working-symbolic.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
Both icons communicate a process working in the foreground or the background, and so should use similar ideas to convey that.
Redefine the motif for process-working-symbolic to be closer to the motif of watch, perhaps moving from spokes to a color-blocked spinning circle or attaching tracks to either end of the spokes.
