Release descriptions are still translatable

I think we should add `translate="no"` to the description instead of the release itself, like it's done for example in Reco: https://github.com/ryonakano/reco/blob/257fb5b1d7319f3215d0bb4d01d44e25effa2766/data/reco.metainfo.xml.in.in#L66
