Elementary OS Error how to fix it?

I tried to install Elementary OS and set up all Options But at The Install Process at Partitioning Drive at 75% it errors with an Code
Errored while installing System:failed to commit logical partitions

I got mine to install, then screwed it up and had to reinstall. Now I get the same problem - will not install at 75% (different error message though)
