How to install without elementary-desktop?

How do I install the mail app directly from apt install?
I am using via wsl2.

I think the package's name is io.elementary.mail ?
I am not sure it works on WSL2 though, or whether it is an up to date version

Fedora has many elementary apps packaged in its main repository.
