Problem

Application notifications steal keyboard focus from the current in-focus window. To my knowledge there is nowhere to adjust this behavior.

Example: I am typing in Telegram. Mid-sentence, a notification from Discord pops up and I am no longer typing in Telegram until I click back into Telegram.

Proposal

Add a way to specify this behavior in System Settings somewhere.
