Screenshots over the Portal have no window shadows #135

What Happened?
Unsure if related to elementary/gala#2375
Screenshots taken with keyboard shortcuts work as expected, but screenshots taken with the Portal are missing screenshots
Steps to Reproduce
Take a screenshot in a Wayland session of a CSD app:
Expected Behavior
Screenshot should have shadows both when taken via keyboard shortcut and over the portal
