What Happened?
Hello,
I'm giving a try at the new ElementaryOS 8 (from Deepin) and did a fresh install of ElementaryOS. After a big setup bug (yet to file), I went on to configure my session as such:
- My system is set to English
- My keyboard layout is Spanish
- I need to be able to input simplified Chinese
However, setting up an input method, whatever its value leads to a crash in my session profile. I can no longer signing unless clearing the session config.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create profile (part of fresh setup) from an English language install.
- Go to Settings, Keyboard
- Set layout to Spanish - Windows
- Add an input method (I tried, Spanish - Windows, or Chinese - Intelligent Pinyin)
- Log out
- Log back in and be able to use the 2 input methods as configured

Expected Behavior
- Create profile (part of fresh setup) from an English language install.
- Go to Settings, Keyboard
- Set layout to Spanish - Windows
- Add 2 input methods (Spanish - Windows ++ Chinese - Intelligent Pinyin)
- Log out
- Log back in for a white screen of death (see screenshot)
