"Execute in Terminal" Option for Scripts

Problem

I have some shell scripts I'd like to be able to run from the file manager that require an "execute in terminal" option. I can obviously use the terminal from the get-go, but it is often more convenient to be able to execute these from the file manager itself.

Proposal

For .sh files, right-clicking would have an "execute in terminal" option available

I think this needs to be moved to Terminal because terminal would have to handle the script mime type to show up in the Open In menu
