Drop support for armhf and i386 from our PPAs

Problem

We have the following 4 PPAs on Launchpad and all of them support amd64, arm64, armhf, and i386.

• elementary Daily
• elementary OS specific patches
• elementary Stable
• elementary Staging

You can see the supported architectures from the "Change details" page:

So, if we have a package that is specified to build for all architectures (e.g. Notifications), it could be build for architectures other than we officially support (e.g. Notifications are available on armhf too, but this should never used since our OS build system does not support it)

Proposal

Disable build for armhf and i386 in the above 4 PPAs to avoid unnecessary builds.
