Unable to update due to dependency issues

What Happened?

When installing a new version of EOS, updates fail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install EOS to drive
2. Finish install EOS
3. After setup, go to settings -> System
4. Try to download and install updates

Expected Behavior

Updates are applied successfully

8.x (Circe)

OS Architecture

amd64 (on most hardwares)

Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Log Output

this also occurred for me. i have a screenshot:

I had the same issue installing on an Aspire A315 with an AMD 7320u using the default options on install. Seems to be working for now after using apt update and apt-get dist-upgrade--apt upgrade caused appcenter to not launch with the application shortcut. Worked if io.elementary.appcenter was running in a terminal, but only if the terminal was still open.
