Wingpanel shows through transparent full screen apps #157
Description
If you make an app fullscreen (using the keyboard shortcut), it covers wingpanel. But if the app is transparent the wingpanel shows through. Noticed this while using transparen terminal window in fullscreen mode. The default elementary terminal app doesn't show this behaviour as the tab bar covers the wingpanel so it isn't visible.
