Some Wingpanel dialogs present visual glitches

What Happened?

Some Wingpanel dialogs present weird visual glitches like dissapearing for some seconds randomly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on Elementary OS 8 with all updates installed.
2. Be on Secure session (Wayland).
3. Go to the quick settings on wingpanel and interact with the on-screen keyboard button or go to the Wi-Fi icon on the Wingpanel and select a network that requires a password to connect.
4. Interact with the dialog shown on screen.

Expected Behavior

On older builds the dialog used to work fine without any glitches. The dialog should not be dissapearing briefly when the cursor is moved or when being interacted with.
