Using already-annotated data

I have some time lapse data with manually corrected labels as outputs from TrackMate in XML format. Is it possible to load these tracks into ELEPHANT to jump-start the generation of more annotations?

Hi @danielmccusker , yes it is possible to do it.
Please check this video to see how it works.
Basically, you can just modify the ImageData tag in the TrackMate XML file and import it using the Import MaMuT project command as wrote in this thread.
