Default template for monolingual and bilingual dictionary

A default template that can be chosen when a user starts a new dictionary. You can already choose from default templates in Lexonomy, but these need to be adapted to the DMLEX model (See: https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=lexidma).
