dev:fire:events needs update

When using the dev:fire:events command, I am getting errors thrown about the Area Code not set and also not being able to load an order by order_id. Also the documentation is not up to date about this command anymore, since the --event option is not valid anymore and the example given is for Magento 1.

@jeroen-pon usually Area Code not set errors are caused by custom console commands that have a dependency injected in the constructor which (down the line) want to initiate something to do with a customer model.
