[Preview]: PDF and image previews not working in Zellij

What Happened?

When running elio inside a zellij instance, previews for images and PDFs don't show up and the preview pane is only showing the file's metadata.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run elio inside a zellij instance;
2. select a .png or .pdf file.
