QMS presentation from Jul 4th meeting

Wendi's analysis from existing publication

Collaboration model

  • Collaborating in Google drive as a starting point: the WG with broad consensus decided that as a starting point we should use the LF ELISA Google Drive as collaboration forum.
  • We are going to create and maintain different Google sheet workbooks on a per OSS project basis: e.g. one for Linux, one for Xen, one for Zephyr etc. etc.
  • In each of the workbook there will be different sheet. Each sheet correspond to a QM macro-area as per QMS presentation mentioned above. During the assessment process the WG will adjust such areas (add, amend delete) as needed.
  • When assessing an aspect of a specific QM area, we must link the evidence from the specific project that is supporting the assessment and we must write the argumentation of why the evidence contributes to fulfilling such aspect or why not (in case of gap)
  • In case of gap we can have another column that captures any existing mitigation with respect to such a gap

Next Steps:

  • Gab to ask Min to create GDrive area
  • Wendi to create a project agnostic template
  • Simone and Michael will create an excel sheet for Xen
  • Wendi will create one for LLVM
  • Ivan will create one for Linux
  • Nicole will create one for Zephyr (later probably due to BW issues)
