Demo emulation - Move build.sh into this repo

Setup gitlab.com project to just do the build and cache the artifact. Have it pull the build.sh from here, similar to the copilot container build.

Also look at the CICD job triggers such that we use a version file to set the tag number and we publish to that tag only on the MR pipeline run.
