add AGL Linux domain to the end2end example

As the original end2end example with Xen, Zephyr and Linux includes an RTLinux, for the progress with ELISA and AGL it makes sense to replace the existing RT Linux domain with a AGL Linux.

Put on hold for now, as no OSS graphics binaries are available to showcase AGL demo properly.
