Although it's not in any way officially supported, this project has saved me from an issue that was driving me absolutely insane.

I was trying to run Wizardry 8 on linux with proton/wine, and it was working fine except for some graphical glitch over certain 2D surfaces, there was some pretty severe (permanent) ghosting effect going on and it didn't hinder playability all that much but it was just such an eyesore...

And I seriously beat my head against the wall over this for days. D7VK didn't fix it, dgvoodoo2 wouldn't run under wine, every registry hack and wine package I tried to install didn't help any, then I looked for just any ddraw wrapper options out there and found this one, and it worked! The problem is gone, the game looks normal, finally! Thank you so much for making this.
