Elixir core question upload possibility

Quick note: Full core question set as csv as data upload, it is visible in the test instance but not in production. Neither visible in admin panel for FI node login.

@samumantha The reason the TMD Core Questions is not available in the upload section on the main TMD site is because it is a administrative choice how the uploads are structure. My understanding is that uploading the quailty, impact and demographic sets is the most common case.

Are you interested in having the full core set as an upload option or are you making a note that there is a difference between tmd-test and tmd?

For our node, some of the data is mixed so it would make it one step easier to have it "all in one".

I got excited seeing it on test and was wondering why it was not on production. If it's difficult or not useful for others, it's not a big deal for us to not have it.

If you are logged in as a node user I think you should be able to create a node specific superset containing the questionsets that your organization prefers to group together. Such a set will only be available for the node which created it.
