Upgrade to django 5.2 LTS

**Describe the bug**
In order to stay within the support window of django it is time to upgrade from 4.2.* to 5.2.* https://www.djangoproject.com/download/#supported-versions


**Expected behavior**
The site runs well using django 5.2
