+* The package now declares `Unicode-3.0` alongside `Apache-2.0`, and `LICENSE.md` gains a "Unicode Data" section setting out which CLDR and UCD data is embedded, what it becomes, and reproducing the Unicode copyright and permission notice as that license requires. Modules emitted by `mix localize.unit.gen_conversions` carry the same dual-license SPDX header, so a consumer running `reuse lint` over the generated file no longer needs a `.license` sidecar.
