Fix issues brought up by the infer tool
Update/improve/format the documentation (README is all the documentation for now)
Fix .clang-tidy (the clang-tidy configuration file) with the git submodules update in mind.
Remove unnecessary usings from Test Main translation units.
Finish addition to vcpkg - Microsoft staff have approved my PR.
