Add :cursor property to button widget (and other widgets)

Right now only eventbox has the cursor property, so if I want to change my button to show a pointer, I first have to wrap it in an eventbox then add cursor there. I also have to move the onclick property from my button to the eventbox.

I honestly find myself using eventbox far more often than button due to this
