Description of the requested feature
It would be great if we could adjust the position/size dynamically. Current KDE can adjust the bar depending on the active window's geometry. I want to simulate this behavior: if there are no windows, the bar's width is 90% and the top margin is 10px; when there is a window, the bar's length is 100% and the top margin is 0px.
