Start without annotations?

Is there a way to have the page load without the annotations (.notes-anchor) on by default?

Not currently. I'll look to see if I can make this configurable next week.

neato! in the mean time I changed .notes-anchor to display:none, and removed the checked=checked line from the js

so no rush, this tweak is minor if we need to do it again
