OCR with a very simple UI
Reason for the request:
The app seems abandoned.
Quick OCR is very handy, and there is no elementary OS native app for it.
(Frog is there, but the version in appcenter is ancient, and the modern Frog has left its elementary OS roots)
Additional requirements:
I am not sure how difficult building and maintaining would be
the UI is extremely basic, but the app relies a lot on components it has to build itself,
im not sure how this works in a wayland world either. There is probably a portal for this.
