Virtual mood boarding

Reason for the request:
There aren't that many local mood-boarding apps, and this one seems like it has a pretty solid base to work off, but hasn't been updated in a while and is out of date. The initial sketches in the attached Reddit thread look fantastic as well.

Additional requirements:

• Needs updating to Gtk4 + granite-7
• Some functionality appears to be broken on modern versions
