Taxi 3.0.0 ? Release of a GTK4 update

Do we have, like, a roadmap for releasing the GTK4 port already ?
What would be missing, etc?

I would need to troubleshoot, it cannot access my minecraft server but doesnt handle the error, but else for other stuff it seems pretty solid?

I think

• screenshots need to be updated
• probably needs better release notes
• Might need to modernize .desktop like adding single main window key (not sure if that's true or false for Taxi)
• Probably need to add missing fields to metainfo

I'd be happy to get a new release out! We haven't had one in like 4 years 🙈
