Copy/pasting a module corrupts the first line of the file #298

@harmboschloo

Description

@harmboschloo

Expected Behavior

When copy/pasting a module the first line of the file should be unchanged or the module name should be updated to the new name of the file

Current Behavior

The first line of the file gets corrupted. For instance copy/pasting A.elm creates A copy.elm with the first line becoming:

module A%20copy exposing (..)module A exposing (main)

Possible Solution

Don't change a module when copy/pasting, or insert the new module name without corrupting the file.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create a module A.elm
  2. Copy/Paste the file.
