Bump brace-expansion, @react-native-community/cli-platform-android and @react-native-community/cli-platform-ios (#36)

Removes [brace-expansion](https://github.com/juliangruber/brace-expansion). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [brace-expansion](https://github.com/juliangruber/brace-expansion), [@react-native-community/cli-platform-android](https://github.com/react-native-community/cli/tree/HEAD/packages/platform-android) and [@react-native-community/cli-platform-ios](https://github.com/react-native-community/cli/tree/HEAD/packages/cli-platform-ios). These dependencies need to be updated together.
