Add shell extensions

There are quite a few GNOME shell extensions that we use in Eloquent OS. Below are the ones which we need to package and install/enable by default.

• Dash to dock
• Top icons
• User themes
• Removable drive menu

User themes and removable drive menu are included in the gnome-shell-extensions package
