Travis script for building #2
Description
Add a travis script for building our directory structure and releasing it to github releases as a tarball.
It will need to:
- Remove .gitkeep files
- Remove .gitignore files
- Remove .travis.yml file
- Remove build.sh file
- Remove README file
- Remove LICENSE file
