Elyra is available in the JupyterHub deployment on Operate First if you choose one of the following images:

Image s2i-lab-elyra:v0.0.6
- Elyra version 2.1.x for JupyterLab 3.0.x
Image s2i-lab-elyra:v0.0.7
- Elyra version 2.2.x for JupyterLab 3.0.x

The images are launching the JupyterLab UI, not the classic notebook UI to provide a more comprehensive integrated development environment.
