Release 1.4.12 was not published to npm registry

What steps can reproduce the bug?

https://www.npmjs.com/package/@elysiajs/opentelemetry?activeTab=readme still shows 1.4.11 as latest version, while github releases are ahead: https://github.com/elysiajs/opentelemetry/releases/tag/1.4.12.

Publish workflow was run, though: https://github.com/elysiajs/opentelemetry/actions/runs/24860595296

What is the expected behavior?

Version 1.4.12 should be available at NPM registry.
