I tried to plug into tracing-subscriber, which is not so easy as I hoped, the API could need some simplification.
Anyway, I'd appreciate any kind of feedback, if you have a change to try it out!

The build indeed was broken (except on Windows), meanwhile 0.19.2 is on its way (argh). Once its uploaded, the docu should work.
