Add CI tests that open an emulator and verify boot

• obtain a valid disk image that performs a boot
• the disk image should trigger some action on a peripheral device
• the disk image should be loaded in an emulator
• the pass/fail status will be determined by whether the emulated peripheral device got its message or not
