What is the data structure we are going to use?

There are 2 main ways to do this in my opinion. Any more please suggest below.

List by element

This is what I've done in the sample data.

This matches data structure in Browser Default Styles and in Can I Email. If we were to look at integrating with either of these at some point, it would be much easier if our data matched up in some way.

List by email client

This would be much easier when collecting data, we can look at a single email client then add the data that way.

Potentially we could look at restructuring the data, so it's collected one way and stored another.
