Disable reader view option showing when reader view isn't enabled

To reproduce this issue

• Open and email
• Turn on reader view (but don't turn it off)
• Go to another email
• Open the reader view pop up and it will say "disable reader view" you then need to click it twice to enable it.

Possible solutions

• Always set it to off when a new page it loaded
• If reader view is on then automatically apply it to all emails until it's turned off
• Show both enable and disable buttons at the same time

While we decide on the best approach, I've added a quick fix that will invoke the reader view based on the current state of the toggle button.
