Website should link to this repo to make it easier for people to contribute

As far as I could tell, there is no link to this repo on the website. I had to hunt it down via the ember-fastboot org on github in order to create issues.

It's fairly typical to include a link on every page to the underlying open-source repo with a call to improve or update. Such a link might lead to this site being better maintained (hopefully, anyway).
