Clarify Help Wanted with RFCs #84
Description
Right now, the app pulls Needs Champion and Final Comment Period labeled issues. We probably want to include other labels and pull requests, but it's not clear what the best approach is here.
Talk to core team members about what Help Wanted regarding RFCs should really target, then make those changes.
