Set/Override Push-Based Reflection Target Name #391

Hi 👋
I know it's possible to pull secrets into a namespace in order to rename them (e.g. ns1/source-secret <- (pull) - ns2/dest-secret)... but it'd be nice to have the ability to push a resource to a different name (e.g. ns1/source-secret - (push) -> ns2/dest-secret), perhaps by an annotation (reflector.v1.k8s.emberstack.com/reflection-name-override).
Thoughts?
