Headline formatting in the body of the article via contextual formatting bar

Can we clone the H1-H3 element to the contextual menu, once a headline is selected in the editor? Cuts the time in half needed to select another H type, if we don't have to go all the way up to select it.

Yep. We can combine this with the effort to have the contextual formatting bar sync with the main formatting bar.
