This file is just a list of all the parts of the nwt_timeseries repo. If you
add a new script I think it is helpful to document what it is.

00.clean_raw_sensor_data - This script gets the sensor data (not including 
winter 2019 and 2020). Will update soon.

01.get_pairwise_dissimilarity - this script makes the combos of sensors and 
then gets the Psi (dissimilarity) metric. I want to add physical distance to
this output data frame.
