Description
we have several people who have permissions in the CfP and village (and volunteer?) sub-systems who aren't general admin. This means that they can't move between these subsystems easily (or from the account page at all)
Minimally we can add further links to the /account screen, a larger scale piece of work would be to look at expanding the various systems' nav bars (or possibly unifying them).
